The Fine Arts Building Lofts, once renovations are complete, will consist of 42 studio and 1-bedroom affordable and supportive housing units.
The Lofts will be within walking distance to the Strong National Museum of Play, and just across the Genesee River from the Blue Cross Arena and Innovative Field.

42 units consisting of:
18 studio and 24 one-bedroom apartments, including:
13 supportive housing units (referral based admission)
5 units adapted for mobility impairment
2 units adapted for hearing/vision impairment
Must meet income eligibility guidelines to qualify
